Privacy Policy — Arbah Delivery

This document explains how the Arbah Delivery app (for couriers of the Arbah platform) handles your data. By using the app you agree to the practices described below.

1. Data We Collect

• Account data: username/phone or email and password, used to sign the courier in and verify identity.
• Order data: details of orders assigned to you (order number, status, customer address, amount) to enable delivery.
• Notification token (FCM Token): a device identifier from Google's messaging service, used to send new-order alerts and customer messages.
• Basic technical data: limited device/OS information for app operation and stability.

2. Location

This version of the app does not collect or track your location and requests no location permission. The “View location” button only opens the customer's location in the external Google Maps app, without reading your device location.

3. How We Use Data

• To sign you in and associate you with the store you work for.
• To display assigned orders and let you update their status through delivery.
• To send instant notifications for new orders and customer messages.
• To contact the customer when needed to complete delivery.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. Data is shared only with the Arbah platform and the store you work for, for the purpose of operating the delivery service, and with the notification provider (Google Firebase Cloud Messaging) to deliver alerts.

5. Data Security

We use reasonable technical measures to protect your data in transit and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention & Account Deletion

We retain your account data for as long as you use the service. To request deletion of your account or data, please contact us using the details below.

7. Children's Privacy

The app is intended for authorized adult couriers and is not directed to children under 18.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time; the “Last updated” date at the top will reflect changes.
